Master’s Thesis, Day 11(100).

The whole day I have been writing about the benchmarking. How the competitors have done in their products. Well, so far I have only been writing about one competitor. Takes a lot of time. The report has to be written in English, because I am doing my thesis in an international company. I guess it is better. I demand less of myself when it comes to writing in English, compared to in Swedish. Does not matter if I do mistakes here and there, since English is not my native language. I do not know if Swedish either is. I am not an expert in any language. I know a little of four different languages, but I do not master any of them. I guess I prefer this. As long as I am able to communicate with as many persons as possible, it does not matter if not everything is correct! Still I would not like my report to be full of language mistakes. But where can I find somebody with good English skills, and interested in reading a Master’s thesis report?

Why is the weather nice when I have to be indoors? Weekends are windy and cloudy. Weekdays a little less windy and there is no big risk for rain.

I wish I had found this earlier. If you write anything in English that you really need polished, I have started an editing and proofreading service for non-native English speakers. You have no reason to feel bad. One of my clients is a PhD professor.

I’m a native speaker with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English, and would be happy to help anyone.
